education with environmental stewardship.
Cornerstone Christian Academy educates the children of southwest
Philadelphia, including those from at risk neighborhoods, in order
that they may grow academically and spiritually. Interfaith Works
funded an energy audit of their buildings in order to help Cornerstone
guide future building improvements. The energy audit indicated that
estimated energy savings of $7,820 per year could be realized upon
completion of recommended upgrades. Interfaith Works also facilitated
a partnership between Cornerstone and Wayne Presbyterian Church
in Wayne, PA.
